You write the proposal. We send the seller.
Abodevia matches sellers with up to three partner agents. You do the selling. If they hire you, you pay 25% of the commission you are paid for representing them. If they don’t, you pay nothing.

Get hired
If they ask to meet and then hire you, the 25% fee is due when you are paid.
If the seller hires you through Abodevia, you owe 25% of the gross commission you are paid for representing that seller, payable to Abodevia when you are paid. If they do not hire you, you owe nothing. You do not receive their contact details unless they ask Abodevia for an introduction.
